Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our Jodhpur warehouse within 48 business hours (Monday – Saturday).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.
Our Shipping Partners
- Our primary shipping partner for express national delivery is BlueDart.
- For pin codes where BlueDart is not serviceable, we will ship your order via an alternative reputable courier, such as Delhivery or India Post.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timelines. Please note these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to location, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns): 3-6 business days
Shipping Fees
We like to keep things simple and affordable.
- Orders over ₹499: Shipping is absolutely FREE!
- Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We understand that some customers prefer Cash on Delivery. To ensure a smooth process and prevent delivery refusals, our COD policy is as follows:
- Advance Payment: Customers choosing the COD option are required to pay 10% of the total order value online at the time of checkout. This advance payment confirms your order.
- Example: For an order of ₹1,000, you will pay ₹100 online, and the remaining ₹900 will be due in cash upon delivery.
- Final Payment: The remaining 90% of the order value must be paid in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
- Non-Refundable Advance: Please be aware that the 10% advance payment is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery. This fee covers the processing and two-way shipping costs incurred.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email from us containing your shipment’s tracking details. This will include the name of the courier partner and a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery on their respective websites.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address and contact number. Moody Ducks is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
